Daniel Beer

Daniel Beer focuses his law practice on wrongful death and significant personal injury cases, business torts and select construction litigation.

During the first four years of his legal career, Daniel worked for a nationally regarded trial firm defending apartment and property owners, management companies, trucking companies, product manufacturers and the world’s largest insurance company. Daniel also served as the national coordinating counsel for the world’s largest commercial real estate special servicer.

Daniel applies his knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies’ claims evaluation procedures and extensive experience with complex trial tactics and techniques that he gained in the beginning of his career to his work representing victims of crime, negligence and corporate wrongdoing.

Prior to entering law school, Daniel worked in the Georgia state legislature with the House of Representatives judiciary committees and the governor’s legislative affairs committee.

Daniel’s wife, Dr. Gina Marguriet Beer, is a veterinarian, who works at Paces Ferry Veterinary Clinic in Vinings, Georgia. Gina and Daniel live in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta.
