$950,000 Settlement – Motor Vehicle Collision

Defendant failed to stop at a stop sign and ended up colliding with our clients in Newton County, Georgia. Both plaintiffs sustained major injuries and incurred over $296,000 in medical expenses. Settlement was reached with both clients on August 3, 2018, after mediation that happened in May of 2018.
