$950,000 Settlement – Motor Vehicle Collision Involving A Tractor Trailer

Our client was rear-ended by a tractor bob-catting (driving without a trailer). Plaintiff suffered a ruptured disc that required surgery. The insurance company refused to settle for the full amount and claimed a lawsuit was necessary. During the lawsuit, we proved the trucking company forged documents to make it appear the driver was qualified.
