$1,200,000 Jury Verdict – Wrongful Death Motor Vehicle Collision

Shiver Hamilton Campbell’s client was killed when a Comcast cable driver ran a stop sign in Augusta, Georgia and struck his vehicle. Initially, the Defendants denied that they were responsible and even denied that the driver was their employee. We found several former employees who testified that the driver was on the clock when the wreck occurred. The jury awarded our client’s children $1.2 million for the death of their 79-year-old father.
