Confidential Settlement Amount

Shiver Hamilton Campbell represented the family of a 65-year-old woman who was killed when a commercial vehicle failed to yield the right of way and caused a serious collision. Two of the family members in the vehicle also suffered serious injuries, including a femur fracture. The Defendant denied liability and claimed our client should have avoided the collision. The wrongful death and injury cases ultimately settled for a confidential amount.
